Why a small team
There are two kinds of real estate teams in this market: ones that grow by adding buyer’s agents, transaction coordinators, and assistants until the name on the sign is a brand, not a person — and ones that stay small on purpose, so the person whose name is on the sign is actually who you work with. We’re the second kind.
When you hire us, you get us. Matt and Nicole answer their own phones. If we can’t pick up, we call back the same day.
We tell you what we actually think. If a house isn’t right for you, we’ll say so. If your list price is optimistic, we’ll show you why. If a market shift changes the picture mid-transaction, we’ll bring it up before you have to ask. Our job is to help you make a good decision, not just close a transaction.
