Matt Sievers grew up in the trades, not behind a desk. He worked in his family's veterinary and land and livestock business, and put himself through Iowa State University framing houses — so when he walks a buyer through what's structurally sound and what isn't, it's not a script, it's muscle memory. Before real estate, he sold cars and worked in mortgages, which means he's sat on both sides of a deal: the one trying to make the numbers work, and the one signing at the end of it.

Matt has been a full-time REALTOR® in Ames and Story County for 10+ years and currently serves as a Director on the Central Iowa Board of REALTORS®. He leads the Sievers Real Estate Team at CENTURY 21 Signature Real Estate, specializing in agricultural, commercial, and residential real estate — acreages, working land, and in-town properties alike. It's a combination almost nobody else in this market covers as one person.

His approach runs on a simple order of priorities: character first, then communication, preparation, relationships, knowledge, and negotiation. He measures a deal well done less by the closing itself and more by whether the client walked away feeling heard, informed, and confident — not sold to.
